Player Development Program

This program provides intense instruction to develop high level junior players for tournament competition
and preparation for college tennis. Training includes physical conditioning, weapons development, advanced
strategy, mental toughness, and match play. Player Development practice sessions last 3 hours and are held 4
times a week.  To be considered for Player Development, players must meet the following requirements:
• Attend a try out session
     • Maintain a 3.0 GPA
• Be ranked in top 100 in USTA/Mid-Atlantic
• Volunteer 2 hours of community service a week
• Play a minimum of 1 tournament a month

Graduates and members of this program have been ranked in the top 10 in the USTA/Mid-Atlantic in their age
groups, in the top 200 in the country, and have gone on to receive college scholarships to play tennis at NCAA Division 1 and Division II schools.

Player Development

This program provides intense

advanced intermediate players over
10 years old for competition. This
program features physical
conditioning, an abundance of
stroke repetition, mental
toughness, tennis education, and
match play. Player Development
practice sessions  are 2 weekdays and 2 hours on the weekend. To be for Player Development,
players must meet the following requirements:

• Attend a try out session
• Maintain a 3.0 GPA
• Volunteer 2 hours of
community service a week

Super Fast Track Program

This program provides intense
instruction and drills for
intermediate 14 and under juniors.
Training includes physical conditioning, stroke repetition,
tennis education, and match play
in the efforts of preparing them to compete in JTT (Junior Team Tennis) competition.

To be considered for Super Fast Track:

• Maintain a 3.0 GPA
• Must Try Out

Members of this program will
transition into the Player
Development Program
as there skill level improves.

     Fast Track

This program provides instruction to 10 and under promising juniors
players who have a strong interest in playing tennis. Training includes physical conditioning, stroke
production, fun tennis games, and match play. This practice is held 2 times.

Members of this program will transition into the Super Fast Track Program as there skill level improves.
